I love all dogs, big small, outgoing or shy. No matter what your pup is, a lot are not keen on attending the groomers. My goal is to improve the experience for the pup and the owner.
I am not a show groomer. I groom for the hygiene, comfort and health of your pup. I work with shy, nervous and anxious dogs in my quiet salon, working one on one with each dog. This makes for a relaxed environment to help your pet feel at ease.
All pups are given my undivided attention and support. I work with them, not against, allowing them the time needed to feel comfortable with me and the environment.
I do not use holding cages, cage driers or excessive restraints. I prefer to work with the owner and the pup in difficult situations to resolve any issue in the best interest of the pup.
I am happy to groom all dogs, large, small and everything in between, Baths only, De-shed baths, Full de-shed groom, Hygiene groom, Full Groom and Summer grooms all completed using great quality products from Plush Puppy and tailored to suit each pup.

As the weather grows warmer so does your pup, reducing the density of their coat can greatly assist with a dog regulating their body temperature, whether an indoor or outdoor dog. The Summer groom is definitely the way to go at this time of year and throughout the summer months. It can be a shock when you first see your pup without that soft coat of fur you love to cuddle with but this really is the best option for a Queensland summer. Your pup also gets to enjoy an hour or so of pet groomer pampering in the salon and leaves feeling lighter and smelling great. Prices: $75 for Small dogs, $85 for Medium dogs, from $95 for Large dogs and from $120 for Extra Large dogs
Full Groom
Pricing from $75
Treat your pup to the full groom where they can shed the weight of extra fur, remove the dirt from between their toes and leave looking their best and smelling divine. Prices: $75 for Small dogs, $85 for Medium dogs, from $95 for Large dogs and from $120 for Extra Large dogs.
Bath & Hygiene Groom

Your pups fur may not grow quickly, however, they love running in the sand, paddling in the sea or rolling in the long grass. A quality dog wash & hygiene dog groom would be perfect, making sure the sensitive area’s are kept clean and fur free whilst freshening the coat with a lovely bath to leave them looking their best and smelling divine. Prices: $65 for Small dogs, $70 for Medium dogs, from $85 for large dogs and from $95 for Extra Large dogs.
Bath & Blow Dry
Pricing from $30 - add a nail clip for another $10
Is your pet a little older? Does it spend time digging, in the sand or in the sea? A regular dog wash for your pup could be just what you both need! Bathing your pet can be hard if you only have a shower or your pup is too big to be lifted into a traditional bath. Let your pet have a visit to the salon, where all the dirt can be removed from it’s fur in a bath with warm water, (not the cold hosepipe in the garden) be blow dried and come home smelling great. Prices: $30 for Small dogs, $40 for Medium dogs, from $50 for Large dogs and from $60 for Extra Large dogs
Deshed Bath & Blow Dry
Pricing from $40 - add a nail clip for another $10
A deshed bath is perfect for dogs that just shed but are not double coated. For example, Pugs, Chihuahua’s and Beagles. The de-shed bath removes a high percentage of the loose fur within your pups coat. A de-shed blow dry then removes the remaining fur leaving you pup with soft clean fur, smelling great and littering much less fur. Prices: $40 for Small dogs, $50 for Medium dogs, from $60 for Large dogs and from $70 for Extra Large dogs
Full De-Shed Groom
Pricing from $80 per hour
As the summer months approach, your double coated dog can generally cope better with the heat, however, this is only the case if they are not carrying lots of excess fur that has not been brushed out. Treat your pet to a professional deshedding brush, hygiene clip and dog wash so that they can tackle the heat in style and smelling top notch. Prices: per hour: $80 for Small dogs, $95 for Medium dogs, from $110 for Large dogs and from $120 for Extra Large dogs
Puppy 1st Groom
Pricing from $80
The best time to introduce your puppy to grooming is as soon as they have had their 3rd vaccination and able to go outside the home. The sooner they are introduced to the grooming process the better they will accustom to it. During the 1st groom your pup is introduced to all the tools used for a groom, the smells, the noises and the surroundings. Puppy fur should not be shaved but a trim to remove the puppy fluff is good practice for the pup, hygiene area’s are tidied, bath and blow dry and nail clip all set the pup up for understanding what is expected of them in the grooming situation. Price for pups up to 6 months old: $80 for Small dogs, $80 for Medium dogs, from $80 for Large dogs and from $95 for Extra Large dogs
Surcharges
Nail Clipping: Only $10 for Small, Medium and Large dogs, $15 for Extra Large dogs.
Nail & Hygiene Trim: $25 for Small dogs, $30 for Medium dogs, $40 for Large dogs and from $50 for Extra Large dogs.
Matting Fee: from $20 for Small dogs, $25 for Medium dogs, $35 for Large dogs, and from $40 for Extra Large dogs.
Fleas incl medicated shampoo: $20 for Small dogs, $25 for Medium dogs, $35 for Large dogs and from $40 for Extra Large dogs.
Ear Plucking: $10 for Small dogs, $10 for Medium dogs, $15 for Large dogs and $20 for Extra Large dogs.
Bad Behaviour: from $30 based on the severity and additional time needed to complete the groom.
** The prices listed above are “FROM ” and may incur additional cost due to time required for anxious behaviour or poorly maintained fur.
NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse or stop the groom due to agressive behaviour. Hourly rate of $100 (pro-rata) will be charged in this instance.

Due to price increases in products, I have had to assess my prices and will endeavour to make as few changes as possible.
Effective from 1st October 2024 – if paying via card/eftpos, there is a surcharge of 1.9% which will automatically be added to the fee

About Bobby Dazzler Dog Grooming Victoria Point QLD
Why Bobby Dazzler? Well, my brother, was a dog lover just like me. He unexpectedly passed away last year, as did my father-in-law who was also a big dog lover. This quickly reminded me that life is too short. I was lucky enough to be able to make the decision to follow my dreams now and not wait until it is too late. I therefore wanted a unique name, something with meaning, as my brother and father-in-law were both called Robert. So choosing to use Bobby Dazzler was just perfect.
My dream has always been to work with dogs, and becoming a professional dog groomer means I can now live my dream. I enrolled in a highly rated course with Igroomhub and completed the training whilst organising a builder to convert half of our garage into the salon. I did some work with another groomer and practiced on my own dogs and friends dogs to improve my skills.
Bobby Dazzler Dog Grooming in Victoria Point QLD, officially opened on Friday 1st September ’23. My salon has so far been received favourably by all my lovely new clients. I look forward to meeting more locals and their pups and becoming your groomer of choice.
